Candidates Eligible for HUKPOLY Post UTME Screening
- UTME Candidates who chose Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic as first/second choice institution or seeking a change of institution to Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic through JAMB, having scored a minimum of 150 in the 2024 UTME.
NB: Only applicants, who have chosen or changed to through JAMB and whose details appear on the Poly profile on the JAMB CAPS will be considered for admission.
How to Apply for Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic Post UTME Form
- Applicants are to log on to the school admission portal at www.hukpoly.edu.ng and follow the instructions to complete the application process appropriately.
- All applicants are to pay the sum of Two Thousand Naira (N2, 000.00) only for screening after which they will be prompted to fill a profile page, print and submit a copy to the Academic Office. They are also to pay the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N1, 500.00) only for verification.
- Eligible candidates are to make payment through the payment options provided at the student’s portal: portal.hukpoly.edu.ng. The Polytechnic doesn’t accept cash payments. Note: All applicants into National Diploma (ND) are to upload their ‘O’ Level results to JAMB Portal, print and come along with the evidence of upload during the screening exercise or evidence of payment at ICT made for the upload. Candidates are requested to please note that the Screening Exercise is as scheduled in the screening exercise slip they printed out after their Online registration.
The scheduled date, time and venue shall be indicated on the test slip. Consideration will not be given to candidates who fail to take the screening test on the scheduled date and time.
All candidates for the screening exercise are required to stick to the examination dates on the test slip printed out during the online registration.
